The error message suggests you have a propblem with you IP
configuration or settings or with TCP/IP. Jere's how to reset the TCP/IP Stack:
Go to the Start Menu, type cmd and right click or (Ctrl +
Shift and hit Enter), and select "Run As Administrator"
Type the following commands, each followed by pressing
enter.
- · ipconfig /flushdns
- · nbtstat -R
- · nbtstat -RR
- · netsh int reset all
- · netsh int ip reset
- · netsh winsock reset
For Windows 7 and 8 I had to change command 4 to: netsh int ipv4 reset all. And though I got a failed for output line 5 that read "Resetting , failed" and output line 6 that read, "Access is denied", I continued to enter commands 5 and 6 which it took.
