On the client machine the error - tmessage.tsf or tstate.tsf is dispalyed. How to overcome this?

On getting this message it is suggested to follow the steps shown below:

1) Ensure that all the files/subfolders in the data folder are given full access to relevant users.
2) Allow full access permission to all the users (working in Tally).
3) Check for the Network Connectivity
4) Add data folder, files with extension .900 and .tsf in the exceptions of the real time antivirus protection, firewall settings, if any, on server and client machines.
