First thanks Justin Buser found this trick to enable WMP(Windows Media Player) 12 taskbar toolbar in Windows 7
1.Download wmpband.dll from below link .(You can right-click Computer then click Properties to check your Win 7 is 32bit or 64bit)
2.Unzip the .zip file and put wmpband.dll to your C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player
3.Open an Elevated Command Prompt (Press Yes if prompted by UAC)

4.Run the below 3 commands one by one in your command prompt window

5.Restart your WMP and Minimize it,right click your taskbar to enable taskbar toolbar for Windows Media Player
